LEON LEWITT

Mr. Lewitt devoted much of his career to corporate law in the health care industry. He structures, negotiates and handles mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in a variety of other industries, for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as international public companies. He has also acted as an expert witness in corporate litigation and has been consulted with respect to other corporate and contractual matters. Mr. Lewitt earned his juris doctor in 1963 from the San Diego School of Law, was a member of the Master of the Rolls for academic excellence, and founded the predecessor to our Firm in 1969.
